
Easy & Quick Fish Stew Using AVK Rich Jollof Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 Jars AVK RICH JOLLOF SAUCE
- 3 Large RED SEA BREAM OR FISH OF CHOICE
- 2 Tbsp CUMIN
- 2 Tbsp AVK ALL PURPOSE SEASONING
- 1 Tbsp SMOKED PAPRIKA
- 2 Tbsp OIL
- SALT TO TASTE
- 4 Chopped Spring Onions
- Mixed Vegetables (optional)|
Instructions
- Clean fish and season with spices, salt and oil.
- Air fry fish till cooked.
- Warm up the Jollof Sauce.
- Add in the cooked fish, add stock or water and stir.
- Allow to simmer for flavours to infuse. Correct seasoning with salt.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and mixed vegetables if desired.
