
Jollof in 30mins using AVK Rich Jollof Sauce
Ingredients
- 250 g Rich Jollof Sauce
- 375 g Jasmine Rice
- 280 ml Boiling water
Instructions
- Heat the sauce, add 375g washed Jasmine rice & salt, then sauté for 1 min.
- Add 280ml boiling water, stir, cover & bring to the boil.
- Stir at 7min, intervals.
- Cover with parchment & lid, once the water is absorbed.
- Transfer to the lowest heat & cook until tender and fluffy.
