Jollof in 30mins using AVK Rich Jollof Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Rich Jollof Sauce
  • 375 g Jasmine Rice
  • 280 ml Boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Heat the sauce, add 375g washed Jasmine rice & salt, then sauté for 1 min.
  • Add 280ml boiling water, stir, cover & bring to the boil.
  • Stir at 7min, intervals.
  • Cover with parchment & lid, once the water is absorbed.
  • Transfer to the lowest heat & cook until tender and fluffy.
