Aftrad Village Kitchen 10 Spice Blend is a special blend of 10 aromatic natural spices traditionally used in Ghanaian and West African cooking.
10 Spice blend spices include:
Aniseed (Nkitinkiti), Ginger, Garlic, Rosemary, Cloves (Pepre), Black Pepper, Onion, White Pepper, Salt and other natural spices.
The blend works well as an all purpose spice and can be used for all cuisines. It works particularly well in Jollof Rice , stews, soups, for chicken, fish, meat or vegetables.
It contains no preservatives, no MSG and no additives.
