SHIPPING:

Products in stock will be dispatched between 3 – 5 working days from date of order. Depending on your location and delivery option chosen at checkout, these are the expected delivery times:
*Royal Mail First Class – up to 2 working days
*Royal Mail Standard Post – 3 to 5 working days
*International Deliveries. – 5 to 7 working days
*Next Day Service – Next working day

RETURNS:

At Aftrad Village Kitchen , we value our customer satisfaction and therefore aim to provide quality products. We aim to provide you with the original product as seen on the website. However, if you are not entirely happy with the product you received, you can return it, undamaged, unopened, untampered with and in its original packaging within 7 working days for some refund or exchange. Note: Perishable Products are non-returnable or refundable.

If your product was damaged in transition, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of product, by phone or email. We will endeavour to exchange your order with a new one with reason or as soon as we receive the damaged item back. A refund or exchange will be issued to you for damaged products so long as:

    • You notify us of the problem within 24hours of receiving the product.
    • The product is returned within 7 working days of the delivery date, in the condition it was received and in original packaging or securely packaged.
