Q1. How do I place an order for a product?

A1. Please place your order via the shop page. If you have further enquiries, email [email protected]. Or use the contact form page. You can also call us to discuss further.

Q2.If a product I want is out of stock, how soon can I get it?

A2. Send your request via our website or email or call us.

Q3. When will the product I have ordered to be delivered?

A3. Products in stock will be dispatched between 3 – 5 working days from date of order. Depending on your location and delivery option chosen at checkout, these are the expected delivery times:
*Royal Mail First Class – up to 2 working days
*Royal Mail Standard Post – 3 to 5 working days
*International Deliveries. – 5 to 7 working days

Q4. How do I make Payment?

A4.You can pay by all the range of different credit or debit card through the express paypal at checkout. You don’t need to have a Paypal account to make Payment. Alternatively, make a direct transfer into our U.K bank account. Details have been provided at the checkout page. We will only deliver when we have received the payment in full for the product. All our prices already include the VAT.

Q5. What if I don’t like the product? Can I return it?

A5.At Aftrad Village Kitchen , we value our customer satisfaction and therefore aim to provide quality products. We aim to provide you with the original product as seen on the website.
However, if you are not entirely happy with the product you received, you can return it, undamaged, unopened , untampered with and in its original packaging within 7 days for some refund or exchange.

If your product was damaged in transition, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of product, by phone or email. We will endeavour to exchange your order with a new one as soon as we receive the damaged item back. A refund or exchange will be issued to you for damaged products so long as:

    • You notify us of the problem within 24hours of receiving the product.
    • The product is returned within 7 days of the delivery date, in the condition it was received and in original packaging or securely packaged.
