Place the mince and all the other ingredients into a food processor except for the oil. Whizz it up until well blended and incorporated.
Form mouth size balls using your fingers and place them in a nonstick cooking pot.
Heat the pot and add a bit of oil just to help the meatballs brown on the outside once cooked.
Cover the pot and let the steam cook the meatballs thoroughly. Once the meatballs are cooked through. Remove the lid and allow the excess liquid to simmer and for the meatballs to brown on all sides.
Once browned all around, remove the meatballs and serve as you wish.
I made a meatball sauce with them and it was so delicious.
