Break up the stale bread into smaller pieces to help it evenly toast and dry up.
Using an air fryer (or oven) bake the bread at a temperature of 180 - 150 degrees celsius for about 20 minutes or until the bread is crisp and dry.
Using a mill or food processor, mill the crisp bread into crumbs. You can go for a fineĀ or coarse texture depending on your preference.
Let the crumbs cool down and store in an air tight dry container. If using a glass jar, remember to sterilize the jar first.
Label the jar and store it for later use.
