Strain the yogurt to remove excess liquid.
Dice the chicken fillets into mouth-size cubes. and place chicken fillets in a bowl, add in the ginger, garlic, lemon zest & juice, olive oil, yogurt, and all the spices except the kebab powder, and salt to taste. Rub everything into the chicken until well coated.
Cover the bowl with cling film and allow to marinate for a couple of hours or overnight in a fridge.
Remove the chicken from the fridge and let it come to room temperature before grilling. Skew the chicken on the skewers alternating chicken with onions and bell peppers.
Grill the kebabs using any method preferred but we recommend using a grill pan or barbecuing.
Mix the Kebab powder with some oil.
Halfway through the grilling, brush the kebabs with the kebab powder mix. Turn the kebabs and brush the other side too.
Let the chicken cook through until well done.
