Place milk, cracked egg, melted butter and ready mix in this order a blender. Whizz it all up until well combined.
Heat up a frying pan, add a knob of butter. When melted, fry small amounts of the pancake batter at a time.
Flip the pancake when it looks golden brown on the edges and bubbles have formed on the surface. Fry the other side until nice and golden.
Repeat the process until all the butter has been used up. Enjoy your pancakes warm served with any syrup and toppings of your choice!
